 ATLANTA, GA — June 2, 2003 — Petroleum Technologies, Inc. announced immediate availability of the PetroTech2000 Fuel Wholesale Distributor accounting solution, enabling companies to deploy increased client connectivity to the backend server.  By integrating a Microsoft SQL Server® database into PetroTech2000, PetroTech2000 offers a 50% increase over processing power of previous versions as well as allowing unlimited access for client workstations across the company network.

Petroleum Technologies joins with DTNergy to create EDI interface

Creating an interface with DTNergy helps bring value to common customers.
ATLANTA, GA (January 20, 2002) - Petroleum Technologies, a premier provider of wholesale petroleum distribution software and services, today announced it has begun talks with DTNergy to develop an EDI (Electronic-Data-Interchange) interface between DTNergy and PetroTech2000, Petroleum Technologies’ ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.

Tommy R Vinson, CEO of Petroleum Technologies stated that for those customers that use PetroTech2000 the addition of the DTNergy interface will eliminate a large amount of data entry that must be done by hand today.

Joining local trade group helps PT re-establish its customer base
ATLANTA, GA (February 1, 2001) - Petroleum Technologies, a premier provider of wholesale petroleum distribution software and services, today announced it has joined the Georgia Oilmen’s Association.

Tommy R Vinson, CEO stated that he believes the move will help promote business as well as remind potential customers that Petroleum Technologies is still as active as ever in the wholesale petroleum distribution market. He went on to say that because for the last five years Petroleum Technologies has been mainly focused on the B2B (Business-to-Business) integration portion of its business that he felt too many wholesale petroleum distributors assumed Petroleum Technologies had moved away from providing services to their industry. He felt this move would remove any doubts of this from Petroleum Technologies’ local market.

Petroleum Technologies announces plans to offer services in Florida
Offering solutions to the Florida market opens new possibilities
ATLANTA, GA (April 25, 2002) - Petroleum Technologies, a premier provider of wholesale petroleum distribution software and services, today announced it has plans to market services and software solutions to the Florida jobbers.  According to Chris Benton, Sales/Marketing Manager, "With over 400 jobbers in Florida, it is the right time to expand our offerings to the Florida market".  

This is not Petroleum Technologies first foray into the Florida market.  "We have recently partnered with Marti-Rover (Management And Report Technologies, Inc.) in Ft. Myers, FL to develop a strategic plan for the Florida market", stated Tommy Vinson, CEO.  

Management And Report Technologies, Inc. (MARTI) is a leading edge system development company. The primary market focus of the Company is in the management and distribution of fuel for tank wagon or bobtail deliveries. This is a segment of the fuel distribution business that is still doing business today as it has for the past fifty years.

Petroleum Technologies and Marti-Rover will create an interface into the Petroleum Technologies PetroTech2000 ERP Accounting solution.  The interface will allow the Marti-Rover Fuel Management System to update PetroTech2000 and create invoices to the jobber's customers.  Full reporting capabilities will be available within PetroTech2000.
