Local solicitors have instructed me to
cover cases involving accidents, involving both single
injuries and those where there may have been post traumatic
stress or psychological & obstetric consequences.

I have invested in training course
given by solicitors and a barrister, who had specialised in
medico-legal work. This training enables me to produce high
quality legal, reports and deal with cases of clinical
negligence /medical malpractice cases

I have been cross examined by counsel,
in an occupational health case. I was there to provide expert
opinion under cross examination to the claimant and defence
about how complex obstetrics issues were linked with
psychological factors , and health and safety at work issues.

I have worked in leading London
teaching hospitals in training posts covering accident and
emergency, neurology, cardiology, chest medicine, medicine of
the elderly, plastic surgery, urological surgery, ,

for my GP colleagues in mental health. Organised a confidential way
for stressed GPs to get counselling.

Worked with the health authority managers
to rebuild the contract for mental health for Waveney. A contract
worth several million pounds..

Was supported by those managers who I worked
with to study for an MBA with £25,000 worth of backing from
the DOH and the support for this leave from the then Secretary of
State for Health, Frank Dobson.

Submitted a report to the Health Authority
and the Department of Health on the implementation of a health
promotion strategy in one of the East Anglian Region's health
black spots on reducing young deaths.

Suffolk as part of their continuing professional development.
