Provision For Patients with Disabilities

Allways Medical welcomes patients who have a disability.

It is the aim of Allways Medical to provide a high standard of service and care to all its patients.

The full range of our facilities, including toilets are accessible to users with a disability requiring wheelchair access or whose disability makes them less mobile. The reception and access areas are all at ground level and wide door access is installed throughout the ground floor of the facility.

We give priority to patients who need wheelchair access or where their disability makes the use of stairs difficult, into our easy access consulting room at ground floor level. We will reserve an easy access consulting room for you, if you advise us at the time of booking the appointment that this is required.

Please note one of our consulting rooms is on the first floor and has stairs access only.

If there are any other requirements needed, tell us at the time of enquiry or booking and we will be happy to assist.

If it is more convenient, arrangements can be made for the doctor to attend for a home visit.
